MOH violates Official Secrets Act. PM should ask President to dismisss PC for his anti-national activities - Dr. Swamy

                                    President of the Janata Party.

            The Ministry of Home Affairs is guilty of violating the  Official  Secret Act  in identifying two of its claimed informers  to the press.  This could not have been done without clearance of the Home Minister and hence I demand that Mr. Chidambaram be prosecuted under the National Security Act. This anti-national  disclosure can only benefit the patrons of the terrorists, namely, the ISI of Pakistan. Therefore, I also demand an investigation into the ISI-links of Mr. Chidambaram.

            The Mumbai-based ATS Chief Mr. Rakesh Maria is an officer of impeccable record of service, ability, honesty and integrity.  His statement about the identity of the terrorists who carried out the 13/7 Mumbai attack therefore enjoys full credibility with the patriot people  of this country.  Mr.  Maria’s statement  furthermore supports  the veracity and the relevance of my Op-Ed  article in the DNA on  which Mr. Chidambaram has ordered the Delhi Police to prosecute me  even though the Attorney General advised the National Minorities Commission that no criminal case can be made out against my article. 

            I demand that the Prime Minister  for a change act decisively  and call for Mr. Chidambaram’s resignation, failing which he should ask the President to dismiss him for his anti-national activities.
